Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana All Inclusive Resort, Punta Cana

The hotel rooms were a bit dated but very clean, overlooking a building site. The electrics and air-con were a bit wonky. The service was attentive and energetic except for a receptionist. The location was stunning with plenty of activities. The dining options were limited, but the staff was very attentive. The facilities were well-kept and lush.

The hotel offers average rooms that are starting to show wear and tear but still provide ample space and bright lighting. The service is friendly and attentive, particularly thanks to Franklin our butler. The location is exceptional with a variety of activities and a quiet atmosphere in building 5. However, the dining experience falls short with a mediocre buffet. The pool and other facilities are well-maintained and enhance the stay.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were outdated and far from the main buffet, but they did offer some amenities like a flat-screen TV, coffee station, and alarm clock. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make special occasions memorable. The location, while not as colorful as other tropical spots, was serene and perfect for relaxation. The dining options were decent but limited, with a highlight being the seaside grill. Facilities were average, with some room for improvement.

I stayed on the top floor of building 6 with a partial ocean view. The rooms were very dated with small, musty cupboards, no drawers, multiple layers of caulking in the bathroom, very little lighting, and no reading lights by the bed. They could definitely use some freshening up. However, they are fine for couples.

The hotel rooms were spacious and nice, albeit a bit tired, but very clean with excellent housekeeping service. They come equipped with a couch, flat-screen TV with English and Spanish channels, a coffee station, and an alarm clock. The vaulted ceilings make the rooms feel very spacious. The service was amazing, with very helpful staff throughout our stay, even going above and beyond to arrange a room for us to shower in before our evening flight. The location is exceptional, with beautiful coral and unmatched amenities for a truly relaxing experience. The dining options were varied and satisfying, although some dishes could have been warmer. The facilities were top-notch, meeting all our needs during our stay.
